Joy of Giving



1.    Start a gratitude diary, and every day, write things you're grateful for.
2.    Restrain from criticizing or saying anything negative for a week.
3.    Make a list of things you want to do and do one today.
4.    Do yoga/exercise every day, for a week.
5.    Craft something with your own hands and give it away.
6.    Give away one of your possessions.
7.    Be the first one to say sorry! It is time to mend old relationships.
8.    Close your eyes and practice absolute silence for 15 minutes.
9.    Use physical comedy or your wit to be funny and laugh with the group.
10.  Visit a place of worship other than you usually visit.
These and many more such simple acts of kindness can certainly bring joy to you and others involved in these acts. Happy Giving!
